Funeral Services for Robert Dero Ferdinand Bridgeman, 77, of Rockford, IL, formerly of Center, will be Wednesday September 23, 2020 at the Bienhoff Funeral Home in Center with Pastor Clifford Bridgeman

officiating. Burial will be in the Center cemetery.
Visitation will be Tuesday from 5 to 7 PM at the funeral home in Center.
Mr. Bridgeman passed away at 7:10 PM, September 18, 2020 at Swedish American Hospital in Rockford, IL
Robert was born March 10, 1943 in Union, MO the son of Noah Silas Bridgeman and Mary Ann Adair Murry.
He married Patsy Sue Wisdom on January 14, 1961 in Hannibal and she preceded him in death on February 1, 2005.
Survivors include three daughters; Teresa (Brian) Evans of Monroe City, Lisa (Matt) Willing, and Tammy (Mike) Willing both of New London, one brother; Willard Bridgeman of Hannibal, one sister; Betty Richardson of Centralia, eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren, his fiance Mary Ann Adair, along with several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by four brothers; Walter, Charles, Lawrance, and Rainey Bridgeman, one sister; Bessie Whittaker, and two infant great-grandchildren.
Mr. Bridgeman was a lifetime area resident only moving to Illinois two years ago. He was a Christian by faith. He enjoyed watching western movies, hunting, and spending time with his family.
