Highway 24 west of Paris next to the Road Side Rest Area, a multi-car accident with Transport Trucks involved with some entrapment. ALL available emergency personnel and sheriff's department are in route. Please avoid area if at all possible. Multiple injuries involved. TOTAL ROAD BLOCKAGE!!! Two Air Evacs on it's way in.
