NECAC air conditioners available to elderly, disabled

Ameren Missouri and Heat Up/Cool Down St. Louis have donated a limited supply of air conditioners to the not-for-profit North East Community Action Corporation (NECAC) for distribution to qualifying elderly and disabled clients in Ralls County. More information about applying for an air conditioner is available by calling Anderson at 573-985-2411 or making an appointment at the NECAC Ralls County Service Center, 411 Main in New London.
