City of Paris News
NOTICE: The city is not responsible for mail delivery. Failure to receive the billing does
NOT relinquish responsibility for payment or penalty. Payment for utilities is always
due on or before the LAST day of the month. Any utilities not paid by the 8th of the
month will result in disconnection of services. A reconnection fee will be charged, and
that payment is the customer's responsibility.
Mowing Season Reminders! Please mow away from the curb to avoid blowing grass
clippings and leaves into the street. It clogs City drains and is a road hazard to all.
We also ask that you be mindful of the length of your grass/weeds. Per City Ordinance:
Length should not exceed 7" in height.
Reminder - Yard Waste is picked up on the FIRST and THIRD Fridays only. The brush dump
is accessible to all City residents and located at the end of Brasch Drive. Cameras are
located on the premises to control abuse of availability. Although we do not require
limbs to be placed in bags/boxes, we do ask that you bag up any and all leaves.
