Ralls County Covid-19 Update

The Ralls County Health Department announces today that the last two Covid-19 cases are now recovered, according to a symptom-based strategy.

Definition is at least 3 days (72 hours) since resolution of fever without the use of fever reducing medications, improvement in respiratory symptoms and at least 10 days have passed since symptoms first appeared.

Ralls County currently has no active cases.
