BOARD OF EQUALIZATION TO REVIEW PROPERTY VALUES

Brandy Flynn, Ralls County Clerk, in accordance with Section 138.010,

RSMo, notice is hereby given that the Ralls County Board of Equalization

will convene on Monday, July 17th, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. in the County

Commissioner's Chambers on the main floor of the historic Ralls County

Courthouse. Any person who disagrees with the values of real estate

and/or personal property established by the Assessor may appeal to the

county Board of Equalization. The appeal shall be filed with the County

Clerk's Office no later than July 10th, 2023.

THREE STEPS FOR APPEALING YOUR CURRENT ASSESSMENT

If not satisfied with Step 1, you may call Ralls County Clerk's Office

at (573) 985-7111 to schedule an appointment with the Board of

Equalization. Appointments must be made on or before July 10th, 2023.

After steps 1 & 2 are completed if results are not satisfactory --

Appeal to the State Tax Commission (573) 751-2414 for a hearing. Forms

are available upon request at the Board of Equalization or the

Assessor's Office.
