Monroe County Extension Foundation

The Monroe County Extension Foundation is requesting bids for the construction of an office building on an ADA compliant storm shelter basement. The office will be on 229 N WASHINGTON ST, PARIS. The basement will have 9' ceilings and a walkout door to the west serving as a community storm shelter. The office will house our county Extension personnel.

The job can be bid the following ways:

Basement excavation, Preparation, And Concrete only

Above Ground Structure ready to finish (roughed in plumbing, electrical, and finished exterior)

Above Ground Structure Complete
