USDA awards funding to NECAC

USDA awarded the not-for-profit North East Community Action Corporation (NECAC) $365,700 to expand the Self-Help Housing Home Rehabilitation Program to cover work at 56 homes in Lincoln, Montgomery, Shelby and Warren counties.
