Monroe-Ralls Offices Are on The Move

June 10, 2021

By Robin Gregg, Publisher/General Manager

As some of you may already be aware of or have heard rumors circulating through town, the Monroe-Ralls has been in search of two new office locations and as of June 9, we have started the lease process in both counties.

The Monroe County Appeal will be relocating to 209 North Main Street in Paris which is down and across the street from our current office. We plan to start moving on July 15, 2021. We will be re-opening our office doors on August 2 and plan to have an open house in mid-late August.

We’ve been in our current location at 230 North Main Street for 50 years and this location just isn’t fitting our needs any longer and the landlord listed the building for sale. We look forward to our new office and our new endeavors for the paper.

The Ralls County Herald-Enterprise will be relocating to 109 East Main Street in Perry which is across the street from the Post Office. We are sharing an office space with Premier Properties 360 Real Estate Company. We plan to move in before July. How often the office is open is still in the air at this point and time, but, we hope to have someone in the office daily throughout the week. We want to make a presence in the county and the community.
