Tri-State Cross Country Coaches All-Area Team Named

This is the 6th year of selecting and recognizing the Tri-State Cross Country Coaches All-Area Team and we have found again that this process is fun but difficult when trying to make these selections. Our area has some extremely talented athletes and we believe this list showcases that.

Local runners receiving recognition were Monroe City’s Emmalee Williams and Kabott Harlan who were both named to the First Teams. Earning Honorable Mention honors were Lauren Booth, Matera Ellis, Cynthia Resor, and Will Owen from Mark Twain and Ella Hays, Lauren Smith, Kaleb Griffin, and Logan Lucas from Monroe City. Congratulations to these Cross Country runners for their hard work and dedication to their sport.
